Foundation for Global Awakening is dedicated to the fullest expression of new values and consciousness and their practical application. To accomplish this, actual structures and processes will be developed, specifically designed to assist global awakening. Some will focus on research and information flow, others on networking and inter-connectivity. An additional focus will be coordinated project assistance provided by people of high vision and accomplishment.

FGA seeks to identify high priority areas of interest in the context of global awakening and encourages proposals related to these fields. To facilitate this process it was determined that an Internet project to assist the work of social and global awakening offered the most effective strategy.

In the planning of Foundation for Global Awakening (FGA), six synergistic organizational elements have been identified:

• FUNDING AND RESOURCING - facilitates the networking of money, technical and a broad support of resources.
• INTERCONNECTIVITY AND COMMUNICATIONS - includes a large-scale Internet presence in addition to person-to-person and traditional communication.
• PROJECT CENTER - arrays together a community of model projects that represent some of the best of humanity's awakening work in the world.
• INFORMATION AND RESEARCH SUPPORT - gathers and shares high quality information and research to support FGA's own internal needs, as well as those of the projects that it facilitates worldwide.
• FACILITATION AND PROJECT ASSISTANCE - provides technical and other support to facilitate projects and organizations; identifies model projects; and networks information, allowing projects and organizations to maintain focus.
• LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE - represents a new co-creative model of team leadership and training through a matrix structure, that provides synergy and flexibility.

These elements constitute a matrix necessary in order to actualize deeper levels of self-organizing and self-referencing principles with our own higher consciousness. Even this is anticipated to be a transitional structure, requiring the continuous development of all participants in all facets of the vision and work.

These six elements create an intimate and synergistic relationship between the expression of the new consciousness, its funding and overall resourcing, its facilitation and coordination, and the communicating and interconnecting of all the work being assisted. By virtue of coordinating these six elements in ways which foster cooperation and synergy among innovators, the work of the new consciousness will have greater impact than if they were not coordinated. The work of FGA might be described as helping new ideas and consciousness take hold in the world by developing anchor points where they can become grounded and established. It requires a weaving together of many threads of new, emerging strands into a fabric that reveals a coherent pattern, one that will help sustain global awakening everywhere.

To encourage a greater synergy, all the organizations, corporations, communities and individuals who are inspired to encourage a culture of creativity, compassion and forgiveness, will be consciously brought together in a context larger than the sum of the parts.
